We’ve raised $6M to build AI consumers to help brands test product concepts, marketing campaigns, GTM ideas - instantly at a fraction of the cost.

BluePill is building an AI-powered consumer insights platform, digital twins of real consumers modeled on real world human data, to help brands simulate consumer behavior.

Seattle, Note by the Founder

I’m excited to share that we’ve raised $6 million in seed funding to help brands predict how people will react to their products, marketing, and ideas — instantly, accurately, and at a fraction of the cost of traditional research.

The round was led by Ubiquity Ventures, with participation from Pioneer Square Labs, Flying Fish Ventures, and several incredible angels including David Wickwire (Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati), Rotem Hershko (former Head of Product at Maersk and ex-Head of Amazon Global), David Spector (ex-Sequoia Partner and Co-Founder of ThirdLove), and others.

We couldn’t ask for a better group of partners who share our vision to replace slow, expensive market research with instant, validated insights that help brands make smarter decisions.

Why We're Building BluePill

When I was leading Product for Amazon Global Marketing, I ran consumer research studies and A/B tests for our global shoppers. They were slow, expensive, and painful to conduct — and even after all that effort, the insights often arrived too late to be useful.

We knew what people did, but not why.

Later, while leading GenAI initiatives at AWS and building products with GenAI, it clicked for me: what if we could combine the scale of data with the depth of human reasoning — so brands could understand the why behind behavior instantly?

That question became BluePill.

We’re building a future where brands can predict how their customers will respond to messaging, new products, activations, packaging, and more — instantly and accurately.

What We Do

BluePill builds AI consumers — digital twins of real audiences trained on human data that think, feel, and make decisions like real people.

Instead of waiting weeks for a small focus group or surveys, brands can now see how thousands of AI consumers react to a new flavor, campaign, or product idea — and get results in minutes.

It’s a faster, as accurate way to understand what people will think and do before you launch.

How BluePill Is Differenet

Our edge is validated accuracy. The fact that we deliver insights in minutes — for a fraction of the cost — makes it a no-brainer.

Incumbents like Ipsos, Qualtrics, and Nielsen rely on slow, costly human panels. Most newer startups just have large language models pretend to be consumers.

BluePill is different. Our AI consumers are trained on real human data — social conversations, real-world qualitative in-depth interviews, surveys, and brands’ own research — and validated against live human panels. They also stay updated with what’s happening in the world and adapt their opinions as real people do.

We recently hit 93% accuracy compared to real human responses. I can confidently say we’re the most accurate platform in the world for simulating real consumer behavior.

Who's Already Using It

We’re lucky to already be working with some incredible partners including:

  • Kettle & Fire uses BluePill to test packaging, new flavors, and product claims before they go live.
“We’ve validated its accuracy through parallel human surveys,” says Leah Swalling, Director of Brand Management. “We love how quickly we can tap into our customers’ minds and iterate.”

  • Seattle Mariners are collaborating with BluePill to simulate fan reactions to engagement and partnership strategies. “By simulating fan reactions at scale, we can test ideas quickly and deliver more of what our fans love,” says Chris Kennedy, SVP Strategy & Analytics.

What's Next

We’ll use this funding to expand our team and grow our library of domain-specific AI audiences — starting with CPG, healthcare, sports, and entertainment.

Our team includes alumni from Amazon, Microsoft, IIT, Waterloo, and other world-class organizations, all driven by a shared mission: to predict consumer behavior accurately.

Because if your office were filled with all your customers, you’d ask them what they think before every big decision. That’s exactly what BluePill enables — an always-on focus group of all your customers.
